Sublimated apparel is the most unique way to do printed apparel. There are several advantages to this type of printing:
Sublimated materials can have one color or as many colors as one can add to a design. There is no extra charge for more color. Designs can be much more detailed and there is no limit to the design. There are no minimum or maximum amounts to order so if you want just one, just ask. Also, along with any printing order, we have bulk pricing. Photos work excellent with sublimation printing. Sublimated apparel will never fade with washing, crack, peel and is able to breath. Most importantly it will never wash out of the garment and will last longer than the life of the garment.
You might ask why does one need screen printed apparel with sublimation being the best? Sublimated apparel can only be done on a light color garment and must be done with at least 50% polyester in the garment. Screen printed apparel can be printed to cotton or any other type garment and can be printed to dark colors. These are great looking shirts and we offer up to 8 colors. If you need dark colored garments in quantity, then you need screen printing. Screen printed apparel offers florescent colors and great durability. There are also minimums to screen printing. We have a 12 minimum on these orders.
We also offer printed iron transfers: Transfers have been around for years and have gained in popularity for people needing detailed designs on dark colors. These do not last as long as sublimation or screen printing but offer people needing one shirt a way to get what they want. We also offer several colors in iron transfers in die-cut materials.
Rhinestone apparel have eye catching, colorful designs that are like no other: We offer custom designs in ladies-cut apparel or any type apparel needed. They can be applied to most anything including things other than apparel. If you have a concept, we can design it for you! There are minimums for custom designs and bulk prices are available. We also have several preset designs. Just ask. We may already have what you want.
We have a computerized embroidery machine using patterns "digitized" with embroidery software. In machine embroidery, different types of "fills" add texture and design to the finished work. Machine embroidery is used to add logos and monograms to business shirts or jackets, caps, gifts, and team apparel as well as to decorate household linens, throws, children's and baby items, and lots more.. We can personalize your items to your specifications.
We also do applique items which can include personalize shirts with names, school initials, and designs such as tractors, baseball, bat and glove, children's clothing, and other items of interest. Just tell us what you want and we can personalize almost anything, as well as the design.
